What will you do?
- Create and implement compliance strategies aligned with Swiss regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Ensure the company complies with relevant regulations
- Foster and advocate for a robust and contemporary compliance culture
- Lead and manage the Compliance team of six members
- Offer guidance, support, and pertinent information to our front-line staff
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans to address them effectively
- Advance the digitalization of Compliance
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, our head office in Luxembourg, and regulatory authorities
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive Compliance experience in Private & Corporate Banking spanning multiple years
- Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration
- Diploma or certificate (DAS, CAS) in Compliance
- Profound knowledge of financial products and markets
- Sound understanding of Swiss and international regulatory requirements
- Driven with a track record of delivering results
- Positive mindset coupled with robust leadership qualities
- Solution-oriented mindset, empathetic personality, and a proactive attitude, adept at managing multiple challenging priorities and making clear decisions
- Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, summarizing, drawing conclusions, and providing pertinent recommendations on various Compliance matters for Senior Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous)
- Demonstrated IT proficiency, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Avaloq
