Head Data Integration, Director, Group Investment Accounting and Administration, 80%-100%

In this role you will be part of the global ‘Data Management & Integration-Team’ within Group Investment Management. You will be responsible for different data management applications, manage 3rd party services and data vendors. You will shape our data strategy for market and master data, develop your team and strengthen data operations standards and best practices.

What You Will Do

• Functional owner of internal market and master data management applications and models
• Lead and manage the Data Integration team
• Manage services from 3rd party providers and external data vendors with focus on quality, data procurement and cost optimization
• Enable internal service delivery teams to deliver data in high quality and in an efficient manner
• Differentiate through data advisory to internal stakeholders and define data solutions to meet client needs
• Review and enforce policies for effective data management and ensure high data quality
• Further develop data strategy and develop best practices and standards for data management principles in line with industry practices
• Participate and represent the area in internal and external communities, working groups and events
• Work together with internal IT-teams and drive change management activities
• Develop data management capabilities across teams

What You Bring

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the financial industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to develop skills and capabilities of team members
• In-depth knowledge of financial data management with good network within the industry
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and modelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent stakeholder management / engagement
• University degree or equivalent
