Your day to day We have an exciting new opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our great Front Desk, who provide a friendly welcome and efficient customer service to our guests. The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Relation Executive, you���������ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions,offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience.You���������ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

What we need from you Ideally, you’ll have previous hotel experience in a front office environment and a real passion for delivering great customer service.nown for your dynamic personality and superior communication skills plus you’ll have the flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
