About NSPPL :

The National Syrian Project for prosthetic limbs has been established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help the people whose parts have been imputed as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic parts and the appropriate rehabilitation and NSPPL is a non-profit organization which serves people in Syria and Turkey

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are in place and working.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Escort or drive a motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, the presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call authorities or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Minimum an Elementary School Diploma or a proven experience of at least 3 years.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are preferred.
• Confidentiality, a strong sense of integrity.
• Multi-task Management, independent, calm, rigorous, and organized.
• Will have excellent self-motivation skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
• Good stamina to stand and work for long hours.
• Adaptable and capable of working well under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently without supervision.
• A strong propensity for flexibility, teamwork, and creative thinking will be essential to this job.

حول المشروع الوطني السوري للأطراف الصناعية :
تأسس المشروع الوطني السوري في شهر شباط من العام 2013 على يد مجموعة من الاطباء السوريين المغتربين في الخارج بهدف تعويض المصابين في الحرب السورية بالأطراف الصناعية وإعادة تأهيلهم وهي منظمة انسانية غير ربحية تقدم خدماتها في سوريا و تركيا .

المهام والواجبات الوظيفية :
مراقبة النوافذ و الأبواب للتأكد من وجود الأقفال و عملها.
مخول بمراقبة و السماح بدخول و انصراف الموظفين و الزوار و غيرهم، لتنجنب حدوث سرقات و الحفاظ على أمن المنشأة.
التجول في المنشأة لمنع و تحري حدوث تسلل, و التأكد من أمن الأبواب و النوافذ و البوابات.
مرافقة أو قيادة السيارات لنقل الأفراد إلى مواقع محددة أو لتوفير الحماية الشخصية.
كتابة تقارير الأنشطة اليومية والمخالفات مثل تأذي المعدات أو الممتلكات أو السرقات أو وجود أشخاص غير المرخص لهم بالدخول، أو أي حوادث غير عادية.
الاتصال بالمسؤولين أو ادارة مكافحة الحرائق في حالات الطوارئ، مثل الحرائق أو وجود أشخاص غير المرخص لهم بالدخول.
تحذير الأشخاص من مخالفة القوانين أو اقتراف أي انتهاكات، واعتقال أو طرد المخالفين من المباني، وذلك باستخدام القوة عند الضرورة.
الإجابة على أجهزة الإنذار التحري عند حدوث أي اضطراب.
فحص وضبط أنظمة الأمن والمعدات والآلات أو لضمان الاستخدام العملي لها والكشف عن أدلة العبث بها.
تعميمها بين الزوار، المشرفين، أو الموظفين للحفاظ على النظام وحماية الممتلكات.
أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

لا يقل عن شهادة إعدادية أو خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
يفضل أن تكون مهارات التواصل الكتابية و الشفوية باللغة العربية جيدة.
السرية و الأمانة.
إدارة عدة مهام، مستقل، هادئ، قوي البنية و منظم.
وجود الدافع الشخصي للعمل.
القدرة على اتخاذ محاكمات منطقية وقرارات موضوعية بشكل مستقل.
القدرة على تحمل الوقوف والعمل لساعات طويلة.
يفضل أن تتوفر معرفة مسبقة بالمصطلحات الطبية.
القدرة على العمل في إطار فريق وكذلك بشكل مستقل من دون رقابة.
المرونة والعمل الجماعي والتفكير الإبداعي أساسيات لهذه المهمة.
