The opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about English education to lead our Growth Marketing in Korea!

We’ve been growing rapidly among English learners around the world, so you’ll get to learn what it’s like to join a fast-growing startup with massive potential to improve the lives of English learners everywhere.

In this role you will get to

  • Develop a strategic digital content creation and execution plan across social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Naver, mainly for individual audience, leading to increased engagement and relevance
  • Manage projects for marketing activities and content creation with a strong understanding of managing resources, timeline & budget
  • Lead major promotions and daily operational activities, including event planning, program development, program execution, event promotion, resource coordination, and the evaluation and summary of event effectiveness
  • Explore innovative marketing tools to enhance user conversion and optimize marketing activities to improve marketing efficiency
  • Focus on key projects, ensuring clarity of strategy, planning, execution, roles and responsibilities, objectives, and KPIs in project development

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of Growth Operations, Campaign Operations and Creativity in the Internet Industry
  • Knowledge in digital platforms and media channels as well as digital trends related to education industry
  • Strong ability in project management, process optimization and other operational management
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, creative mindset
  • A passion for learning and teaching and excitement about creating opportunities for English learners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in Korean
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • Base City: Seoul, Korea
