We are looking a strong & skilled collaborator to be our corporate & HR voice to reveal the magic of working at Richemont. As Group Employer Branding Senior Manager, you will enhance Richemont as an Employer of Choice and promote our inbound talent attraction strategy.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As an integral member of the Group Talent team, based in Geneva you will be responsible for the Richemont Employer Branding strategy as well as all relations with universities for campus recruitment as well as programs

You will report to the Group Talent Director and collaborate closely with the Group Talent team, Employer Branding Managers across the Maisons, Group Internal and External Communication teams and the HR community across the organization. In particular you will:

Employer Branding

  • Define and drive the Richemont Employer Branding agenda worldwide
  • Develop the communication strategy and create/manage editorial content for Careers Website and employer branding microsites/sections (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
  • Develop, supervise and execute a Social Media Strategy for the Group as an Employer
  • Create and manage global media vendors and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communication and Internal Communication to align and create content
  • Animate and share best practices with the Employer Branding community across Maisons and Regions
  • Benchmark and analyze powerful employer brands, take out key success factors

University Relations

  • Develop and enhance campus visibility to recruit top emerging talents
  • Create an annual calendar of campus recruitment events and oversee coordination and implementation through planning, resource requirements, needs assessment, and budget review
  • Relationship ownership of target schools (career centres, professors, faculty, student organizations), partnerships, and external vendors to establish Richemont as a partner of choice
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR partners and business functions to strengthen University Relations recruitment initiatives
  • Track/Report university relations and recruitment analytics to achieve goals and determine effectiveness of current and future strategy

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will have a background in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition. You have excellent communication skills and ease with digital tools, especially Adobe Suite. You are fluent in English, second language is a plus.

Digital savvy – you are familiar with EB tools and platforms and aware of the new digital innovations & trends

Focused on quality – Pay attention to details to convey the level of quality we expect in our organization and to attract external talents
