Sustainable Research and Development Center
SRD Center is looking for a group of qualified and competent international experts to work on a 6-month consultancy. The team will include:
- Water Information Management Specialist
- Groundwater Modelling Specialist
- Hydrochemistry Specialist
- Hydrogeology Specialist
- Geophysical Specialist
The Water Information Management Specialist shall carry the overall responsibility of supporting the project to successfully complete specific water resources projects and capacity development in managing water information collected by the project and stakeholders to inform national decision-making.
The Groundwater Modeling Specialist shall carry the overall responsibility of supporting a project in Saudi Arabia to successfully develop, update, and maintain groundwater models for the aquifers in both the sedimentary rocks of the Arabian Shelf and the alluvial aquifers in the Arabian Shield. The specialist shall participate effectively in the building of the projects’ institutional and professional capacities in groundwater modeling.
The Geophysical Specialist shall carry the overall responsibility of supporting the project to successfully complete specific water resources projects and capacity development in geophysical studies for groundwater, surface water, and dam construction.
The Hydrochemistry Specialist shall carry the overall responsibility of supporting MEWA to successfully complete specific water resources projects and capacity development in groundwater and surface water chemistry.
