Key Responsibilities:
Assist in agreement reporting processes through tracking reports schedual
Maintain an internal tracking database of the agreement, reporting timelines, and coordinate with the Projects Manager under supervision of the Grants and Compliance Manager
Assist in reviewing (by checklist) all procurement, HR and financial project processes and provide comments to the grants & complaince manager if any
Reporting weekly to the Grants & Compliance manager, to ensure that we are comply with the signed agreement
Maintain grantmaking information in database and other systems as directed by Grants and Compliance Manager
Update and maintain meeting schedules, and take meeting minutes
Maintain Project files, hard copies and in the shared folder
Participate in the project monthly meetings and send MoM to Grants and Compliance Manager
Provide assistance to staff as needed and related to the SoW
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Diploma Degree in business administration, or English Languages or any equivalent branches. Certification in finance or administration is desirable
At least two years’ experience in Grants and/or Compliance field. Working experience in administrating the projects, programmes and the financial monitoring is an asset.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently, as well as with others, in a collaborative, often fast-paced, team environment
Strong interpersonal skills, tolerance, flexibility, and humor
Possess excellent judgment and reliability,
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic and English)
Be able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced and collaborative environment,
Proven ability to multi-task and manage time well
Strong information technology skills, including proven advanced experience with Microsoft Office and database programs
Demonstrated commitment to HRO values of Integrity, Accountability, Generosity, Respect, Inclusion, Commitment and Humility
Training required in applicants:
Trainings and workshops in the required field are an asset.
Any further related trainings will be considered as an advantage.
