Grant Management Assistant/Officer cum Business Analyst

Job Summary:

In the role of system specialist, you will play a critical role in building, and maintaining high-quality, performant software that aligns with industry standards, and best practices. The candidate will engage in both functional, and technical analysis, working with the business team to break down processes into specific steps, allowing the wider organization to understand and improve business processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Provide technical leadership to the Grant Management Team.
2. Working cross-functionally with Grant Team to ensure streamlined processes are being designed, developed, tested, and executed with high quality, at a rapid cadence.
3. Act as the Subject Matter Expert to the organization in Fluxx Grant Management System.
4. Recommend, create, and build an analytical platform such as using Power Apps, Power BI, or any other platform.
5. Working with internal key stakeholders to gather, and analyze information, making recommendations.

1. Experience in HTML, and Liquid Code.
2. An understanding of databases.
3. Project management skills.
4. General IT skillset
5. Understanding of general IT security.
6. Independent, and the desire to learn and adapt quickly.

9. Dedication to writing maintainable, fast, and beautiful code, including documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc. in any IT discipline
• 1-2 Years
