Your role
Do you have an interest in complex questions from a specialized clientele? Are you curious to learn more about the facets of comprehensive consulting for lawyers, trustees, and notaries? Would you like insight into the diverse world of wealth management and be part of a dynamic team?
We are looking for someone like you for the following tasks
- Support for customer advisors and partial assistance in advising, supporting, and acquiring customers, including participation in client meetings.
- Development of market analyses and strategic acquisition strategies for acquiring new customers in the RTN area.
- Close collaboration with other areas of the bank to develop diverse and complex solutions for our clients’ concerns.
- Participation in and organization of topic-specific events and initiatives.
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
We are a small but dynamic team situated within Wealth Management Switzerland, specifically in the RTN sector. Our clients in RTN are Swiss-licensed lawyers, trustees, and notaries (RTN) who are involved in financial intermediation, as well as their clients. Due to their complex financial needs, they are treated as a separate customer group within the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. The “Single Point of Entry” approach ensures personalized financial advice for all their concerns – whether personal, related to their law firm or business, or pertaining to their clients.
Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have
- An open and flexible personality
- Strong communication skills
- Interest and enjoyment in working with people, especially the RTN target audience
- High self-initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Interest in financial markets combined with legal topics.
- Excellent German and English (written and oral)
