Your role

Are you interested in working with the top client segment of UBS Global Wealth Management? Are you passionate about improving the status quo and shaping the future of the asset management investment offering? We’re looking for a high performing talent for the Ultra High Net Worth Client Coverage team to

  • Support the team in client pitches, performance reviews and communication campaigns to ensure the strategic positioning of our business.
  • Ensure superior client experiences by providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client related matters
  • Improve current processes and probe for additional opportunities

Graduate Talent Program

Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in UBS Asset Management, one of the leading investment managers in the world. We’re a large-scale firm which is well diversified across regions, capabilities and distribution channels.

Our team is focused on institutional mandate and fund sale activities for our Global Families and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) and private Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

We’re one of the most important asset managers in Switzerland for institutional and wholesale clients, and a major traditional fund house in Europe. We also have a long-standing commitment and strongly growing presence in APAC. In the US, we manage one of the world’s largest fund of hedge funds businesses.

You’ll work closely with internal and cross-divisional stakeholders as well as your Client Relationship Manager colleagues in defining and streamlining the global set up of sophisticated discretionary mandate solutions and the selling of our funds to the top client segment of UBS Wealth Management.

Your expertise

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Thorough and accurate work style, ability to cope with deadlines
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A strong interest in financial markets
  • Know-how gained from experience (or internship) in the investment management/asset management industry is a plus
  • Excellent English (written and oral) and good level of German. Any other language would be a plus
