About the role

The Net Revenue Management team is the commercial conscience of the business and drives the right conversations, decisions and outcomes on how we price our brands. The NRM team are responsible for developing the Pack, Price and Promotional Strategy across all pladis brands, including Innovation, working cross all channels and customers. The team are responsible for identifying a long-term commercial strategy which drive revenue and profit growth.
As part of our ‘Future Leaders’ Graduate Programme, we are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join the NRM team.
Key accountabilities
- You will be responsible for understanding performance drivers relating to price, packsize and promotional effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for developing cost price increases and for the annual budget process for specific brands.
- You will develop innovation price strategies and performance tracking.
- You will track promotional guideline implementation and report on how to improve the return on promotional investment.
- You will lead in ad hoc analysis to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
- You will develop recommendations and solutions to improve profit through analysis of Profit & Loss, customer and pack mix and investment.

Location
This role will be based at pladis’ brand new global head office at the beautiful Chiswick Park, which comprises of 1.8 million sq ft of award-winning accommodation and over 45,000 sq ft of retail including the on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and an ever-changing array of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.

The starting salary is £30,000 with a joining bonus of £1,000 to help you prepare for the scheme, which includes moving and other expenses. This would need to be repaid should you decide to leave within 12 months of the programme.
