We are in the relationship business!Role and Responsibilities:Effective use of our database (Bullhorn and HubSpot), following the processes in place at Harrison Clarke to ensure the information inputted is accurate pertaining to candidates, clients, jobs and contacts etc.Build in-depth knowledge of our market (DevOps/SRE, DevSecOps and Cloud Engineering)Build in-depth knowledge of the Venture Capital market, understanding investment rounds, such as Seed, Series A, B, C etc. In addition, you will be required to know who the Tier 1 funds are along with the relevant contacts.Market mapping highly sought-after candidates to make connections and build your network and the same will be done on the company (client) side.Research across various industries and sectors is key to position our Recruiters as market experts in the field we operate within.Extensive training will be provided in the following areas: Sales negotiation, contract negotiation, objection handling, pitching, business development, relationship building and closing.
