As a Graduate Trainee, you will deepen your knowledge regarding the business line you are working in and the bank in general to gain experience and seniority to be able to participate to the commercial objectives of the relevant business line. You will be part of the team and become responsible for various tasks to contribute to the team objectives.
The Graduate Program starts in August 2022.
Description Of The Assignment
Main tasks:
Within our Zurich-based sales team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
- Customer liaison and servicing of wholesale and institutional clients (in a lesser extent) within the asset management
- Handling of different types of ad hoc client enquiries (via telephone, e-mail, correspondence, such as providing product presentation and reports, fund various data, arranging product conference calls, etc.)
- Transmission of various periodic reports to clients (such as Factsheets, Portfolio Composition, Attribution Performance,…)
- Helping the CRMs to prepare their client meetings with the ad hoc commercial documents
- Helping the CRMs to maintain and update our client database (Salesforce)
- Link between clients and our different offices for all kind of request (e.g. client service Luxembourg & France, Legal & KYC Luxembourg & Amsterdam, Marketing Frankfurt)
Marketing / Events:
- Organization of Portfolio Managers roadshows and group client events (logistics and client chasing if need be)
- Invite clients to Web Video Conference and other Fund Manager conference calls
- Preparation and ordering product presentations for roadshows / 1to1 meetings
- Supporting CRMs during roadshows and events on the spot
- Coordinate and monitor our participation to various events we sponsor (Fund Fair in Zurich, Citywire conferences + a few others)
Office management:
- Taking client calls and messages when the CRMs are not available
- Managing CRMs’ expenses in the NEXT Concur system
- Booking rooms, organizing internal meetings and conference calls on request
Searched profile
- Recently graduated from University in Banking/Economics/Finance
- Strong interest in the area of asset management and sustainable finance
- Working experience/Internship in the field of Asset Management and Pensions Fund or Insurance Business is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude to work
- Attraction for client/human contact
- Fluency in English and advanced German required. French knowledge is an advantage
- Distinctive IT user skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Self-motivation combined with team working skills and ability to establish sustainable relationships with internal contact people
