As part of our ‘Future Leaders’ Graduate Programme, the Business Insights Analyst will report into the Head of Analytics. This is a multi-faceted and hands-on role, requiring an ability to comfortably jump between detail and strategic thinking and provide support to ensure the business is focussing on the right numbers.
This role will require you to achieve results through others, such as our agency partners or our remote reporting function, so it is important that you are passionate about motivating and influencing others. Another key part of the role will be developing relationships within the Insights team and wider UK&I organisation.
This is an exciting, fast-paced role dealing with multiple demands. You will need to have excellent organisation and effective prioritisation skills, as well as being highly numerate and able to create impactful narratives from complex data.
Key accountabilities
- You will work across multiple data sources to filter them down into key messages which will support the business in achieving its long and short-term goals.
- You will support the Head of Analytics in responding to critical commercial questions from senior stakeholders from the UK&I region, including UK Leadership Team members.
- You will ensure smooth and timely delivery of key databases whilst working with our off shore partners
- You will brief and work with our agency partners to manage the workload, create strategic presentations and participate in the delivery of these presentations.
- You will deal with day-to-day queries from the wider pladis community, leveraging software usage and supporting on a range of analytic queries.
- You will maintain and develop external awareness and knowledge of Analytics learn from other organisations to improve how we work.

Location and Salary
This role will be based at pladis’ brand new global head office at the beautiful Chiswick Park, which comprises of 1.8 million sq ft of award-winning accommodation and over 45,000 sq ft of retail including the on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and an ever-changing array of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.

The starting salary is £30,000 with a joining bonus of £1,000 to help you prepare for the scheme, which includes moving and other expenses. This would need to be repaid should you decide to leave within 12 months of the programme.
