General Manager Responsibilities
Oversee all operations of the hotel
Handling guest complaints
Manage on-going profitability of the hotel
Develop actions for maximizing revenue, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction
General Manager Requirements
Three to five years experience as a Hotel GM
Marriott/Fosse system experience REQUIRED
Great customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
