Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with projects team and provide support to implement IT infrastructure for upcoming store rollout.
Provide day to day IT support and ensure smooth operation at the stores with assistance from a team of support engineer.
Provide support to test and deploy business applications.
Support configuring and customizing the POS, weighing scales, price checker and other peripherals to meet customer’s business requirements.
Requirements
1-2 year/s of experience as an IT support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
