We’re looking for a global recruitment marketing lead to drive our talent attraction strategy globally.

• work with senior recruiting-, branding- and business stakeholders to drive recruitment outcome with marketing action across the globe
• lead a global team in 4 regions to execute our talent attraction strategy successfully
• drive our diversity ambitions for talent attraction across channels and audiences
• oversee campaigns, partnerships and budget in collaboration with your peers and team
• continue to create winning strategies to hire the right talent for UBS

Your team
In this role you’ll be a key part of our Talent Attraction leadership team. Together we drive change and innovate ways of reaching our target candidates across the globe. We’re covering anything from employer brand and partnerships to social media and recruitment marketing. We’re a diverse team with different backgrounds located around the globe. And we’re really fun to work with!

Your expertise
You have:

• 10+ years of proven track record in employer branding or recruitment marketing with focus on digital channels and activation
• 7+ years of people leadership experience in a global environment
• knowledge of diversity- and/or campus recruitment, events and digital engagement strategies
• experience from a large corporation and how to get ideas and content approved and executed
• experience from at least 2 different regions or a global role is highly beneficial
