Job Purpose

The Resourcing team is responsible for talent acquisition activity across all 120 countries and key defined business areas, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle from set-up, through to solution design, branding and testing ensuring high quality standards throughout the hiring process.

We are responsible for driving direct sourcing and helping to improve the recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and deliver recruitment campaigns ensuring a high-quality service to both candidates and internal clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising the business on best practice recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic relationship management which will involve understanding and identifying business strategy and priorities, advising on a board range of talent acquisition initiatives such as pipelining, diversity and manpower planning
  • Source candidates via a multi-channel approach that ensures we hire the best candidate for each role, in a timely and cost efficient manner whilst enhancing our employer brand.
  • Manage and deliver operational recruitment activity in line with our direct sourcing model
  • Interview and assess prospective candidates, providing insight to line managers on capability, fit, potential and motivation. Regular contact with candidate pipeline ensuring a continued level of engagement whilst in the pipeline.
  • Deliver best in class customer experience through high quality, well documented processes and engagement (briefing, solutions, communication and reporting)
  • Act as an escalation point on all issues related to hiring, candidate and manager experiences
  • Develop a complete understanding of business objectives to effectively shape and plan recruitment requirements
  • Consult with HR and functional business leaders to understand resourcing needs in order to meet business objectives and act as a relationship manager to the business for TA
  • Own end to end candidate life-cycle and develop appropriate solutions to enhance the candidate journey
  • Provides insight and expertise around talent sourcing, requisition management, job posting and talent pooling
  • Maintains and develops external network of talent acquisition peers to ensure continuous understanding of market changes and service improvements
  • Build knowledge of the competitor market and identify strong talent within the marketplace
  • Use MI / reporting to proactively develop resourcing solutions to support the business and to shape resourcing processes
  • Ensure recruitment MI is continually updated and is accurate i.e. tracking of spend, recruitment metrics, media effectiveness
  • Regularly network externally to bring new ideas and initiatives back to IWG that will improve the recruitment process.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong grasp, understanding and proven track record of recruitment within a fast-paced commercial organisation, either in-house or in a search environment.
  • Experience in identifying and scoping process improvements to streamline recruitment procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • Breadth of knowledge in understanding the different challenges of volume recruitment, versus more senior and niche recruitment.
  • Expert knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies from research to talent mapping.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders – across multiple locations / disciplines.
  • Ability to plan and devise long term strategy in line with business expectations to deliver against long term projects or improvement initiatives.
  • Experience of managing successful projects / support on delivering strategic HR change projects.
  • Experience in producing, analysing and presenting complex MI reports.
  • Ability to think business, brand and customer and apply this to problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and business updates.
  • Proven organisational skills and an ability to manage your time exceptionally.
