Job Description
The Global Process Owner Leader is responsible for the implementation and oversight of a GPO model within Quality Health & Safety (QHS) at Kenvue.This individual is responsible for ensuring Global Process Owners are in place for all key Quality and Safety Management System (QSMS) processes, to ensure simplification and standardization of process, and to ensure compliance to global regulations and Kenvue OKRs.There are >60 QHS global processes at Kenvue.
This individual is responsible for supervising a Global Process Ownership (GPO) model, which identifies clear responsibility for key processes defined within the QSMS.These GPOs will have clearly defined responsibilities, business partners defined, and measures of success that support Kenvue OKRs.Global processes must maintain a state of compliance to global regulations, including adaption to emerging requirements.
In addition, the GPO Leader represents QHS in the Operations team responsible for implementing the GPO process across Kenvue.This individual ensures alignment of the QHS organization to the overall process ownership model being implemented and sustained in Kenvue.The GPO Leader closely collaborates with the regional Quality Systems leaders to ensure the consistent execution of the QSMS.In addition to Global Process Owners, this GPO Leader also has responsibility for a team of individuals who execute the Quality Management System at the global level, in support of all the GPOs.

Quality system governance and oversight.Define, set, and assure implementation of an overall forward-facing strategy and governance process for the Kenvue QSMS.Govern key global processes for Kenvue by serving as chair of the QMS Review Committee ensuring collective ownership, monitoring progress and updates on overall health to senior management within QHS and Operations.Ensure that all supporting tools and IT solutions meet the needs of the QSMS.Ongoing monitoring of metrics and ownership of structural risk identification, mitigation, and escalation to QMS review committee.Identify opportunities for improvement to the QSMS.

Quality policy and standards management.Execute the Kenvue Quality System Principles strategy and implement the quality policy and standard documentation hierarchy.Assure that quality standards are implemented with consistency across the regions through engagement and collaboration with regional quality teams and leaders.

Process owner management.Lead the development and implementation of a process owner program to assure appropriate interpretation and implementation of the Kenvue quality policies and standards.Ensure monitoring with KPIs identified for all GPOs for continuous improvement.Represent QHS in the implementation of a GPO model across Kenvue.

People leadership and change management.This role ensures a high-performing team, with a change mindset.The organization must be able to balance a rapid pace of implementing transformational change, with the requirement to ensure compliance across all countries where Kenvue operates.Collaboration with regional teams is required.

- Collaboration with digital transformation office (DTO) and QHS digital team to ensure an ecosystem of technologies are in place, and in plan, to support the execution of the QSMS
Job Qualifications
Required Minimum Education – Other-
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, life sciences, engineering, or related field.Masters or other advanced degree is preferred.
Required Years of Related Experience- Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics or similarly regulated field is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities –
(Include Any Required Computer Skills, Certifications, Licenses, Languages, Etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence leaders across the organization
- Ability to rapidly synthesize information to make decisions
- Facilitation skills to bring together cross-functional and global groups to make decisions and come to agreement
- Fluent English is required
- Advanced computer skills, including data analysis, knowledge of ERP and compliance systems, understanding how different tools and systems can work together to achieve the digitization of the QSMS
