Then come and join our global team as Global Practice Coordinator (f/m/d) Consulting to manage key consulting processes and continuously improve consulting operations across our global network of consultants and be a valuable sparring partner to our Service Line Heads.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for defining, continuously improving and implementing standardized consulting operating processes in collaboration with in-country consulting organizations, finance and global service line heads. This includes all main consulting processes, e.g., staffing, hiring, cross-country service level agreements, performance tracking and management, billing, knowledge management
  • You will act as a sparring partner for our Service Line heads by providing transparency on offerings that have synergies with the consulting Service Lines
  • You are responsible for driving and implementing knowledge management processes (e.g., codifying input from projects and own knowledge library, i.e. best practices, internal database, whitepapers)
  • You will be responsible for the professional development process (e.g., point of contact for training demand, selection and delivery of training for various seniority levels to build consulting competencies)
  • You will proactively drive the design and implementation of a shared consulting culture by working closely with the Service Line Heads
  • You will directly report to the Global Head of Consulting

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in a health science, technical or business administration subject (a combination of the above areas is an advantage)
  • You convince with many years of relevant strategic and practical professional experience in consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector. Additional experience in healthcare, either as part of a hospital network or as a consultant, is an advantage
  • You have very solid experience in coordinating various stakeholders across different hierarchies and have proven your organizational skills as a project manager
  • You have proven experience in a global organization and know how to navigate a matrix structure
  • Leadership experience is a plus

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong business acumen and the ability to connect operating processes with a financial outcome
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English language skills that enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are a plus
  • You have the ability to influence and coach teams in the different countries, mostly by exerting lateral leadership
  • You can integrate various perspectives and take a decision through prioritization
  • You are a true team player with the drive to further develop our global consulting organization
  • You have the ability and drive to strengthen our ES consulting culture
  • You will bring a willingness to travel internationally on business trips
