As a “Global Media Manager”, you will be is responsible of leading all campaign media orchestrations, coordinating all touch points, online and offline, and to orchestrate measurement consolidating post campaign assessment key learnings and being the reference for our Agencies and Partners.

A Day in the Life of a Global Media Manager

  • Attend briefing sessions in order to recommend on key format assets and channels
  • Work closely with the Campaign team along the process to make sure content is suitable at best to media channel specificities.
  • Lead Media Agencies and Redmill relationships
  • Collaborate with Insights, Finance and Procurement to drive Media Effectiveness.
  • Engage with Regional Marketing Managers and Markets & support their local needs
  • Work closely with Nespresso Performance Marketing teams to ensure full funnel media recommendations, as well as with Nestlé Global Marketing and Zone Media Leads.
  • Propose innovative formats to reach our audiences (Podcast, Streaming documentary …), and lead pilots with market
  • Ensure the right application of Creative X to ensure better performance of the campaigns
  • Consolidate all post campaign analysis, and compare results
  • In collaboration with the Campaign team & key agency partners (Research, media & creative), lead quarterly competition reviews for top management.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Media or Marketing, MBA preferred or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years’ of experience in media with at least 5+ years in Luxury/Premium and/or FMCG and focus in digital advertising, with proven track record of acquiring and re-engaging audiences, experience within a pure player is a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding and hands-on expertise in media planning, buying and optimization using DSP platforms, media attribution & analytics tools.
  • Passion for identifying trends and opportunities in the market and translating them into actionable growth drivers
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas
  • Fluent English, French and/other language an asset
