Tearfund’s People & Talent Group are looking to recruit a senior experienced Leadership Development professional to enable the growth and development of our leaders and managers globally.

Do you have significant knowledge and experience of developing senior leaders in a global organisation? Are you passionate about excellent people management? Tearfund is looking for a Global Leadership and Management Lead who strongly believes in enabling others to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of successfully managing and delivering leadership development programmes at multiple levels, with demonstrable impact
• Have strong knowledge of leadership and management development trends and theories
• Have the credibility and relationship-building skills to be able to work with leaders and managers at all levels
• Be an inspiring leader and manager
• Be an excellent communicator and facilitator
• Have experience of working cross-culturally

You must have experience in:

• Leading and managing others yourself
• Communicating challenging leadership principles
• Commissioning and working with leadership development providers

This role has the potential for global change and influence across Tearfund’s leaders and managers.

This role can be based in any Country where Tearfund is registered and able to employ staff.
