Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Global ICT Administrator to join our team in London, UK or Abuja, Nigeria.

The Global ICT Administrator will support the installation, maintenance and administration of the organisation’s computer systems, including the planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. This includes supporting and administering global ICT systems and services, and local ICT systems in the London office, and also working with ICT Focal Points across the organisation and liaising with suppliers supporting local ICT systems in other offices. Support and administer the global and local office ICT systems and applications.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, computer engineering or related field.
  • Good knowledge and experience in a customer-facing support role, providing first and second line support via a support desk.
  • Experience of working with multiple applications for organisation processes.

Due to the nature of this role we will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and the role might be filled and closed before the closing date. Early applications are encouraged.
