About MAG:

MAG (Mines Advisory Group) is an international humanitarian organisation based in Manchester, UK, and working in 32 countries. We remove landmines and unexploded ordnance to release safe and productive land for communities, and work to reduce the threat of armed violence by supporting governments to safely manage weapons and ammunition. In 1997, MAG was a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize for our work campaigning for the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention.

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated individual who can drive forward the delivery of MAG’s digital fundraising, campaigns and engagement activity to raise vital funds and create an inspiring supporter experience for our donors in the UK and US. This is an exciting time to join MAG as we unveil our new five-year organisational strategy and an ambitious fundraising strategy to transform our income across the UK, US and globally. As part of the Global Fundraising Team, you will help us to grow our income across digital channels to reach more people affected by landmines and conflict around the world.

About you:

You will have strong experience of running engagement campaigns and raising income through digital channels. You will be excited by developing and delivering compelling content to drive action. Focused on impact, you will consistently strive to improve and optimise our activity across digital channels. Taking a data led approach, you will pull insight and make and implement recommendations to improve our digital engagement across all channels. Experience of running Search and Social engagement campaigns is advantageous.
