German Speaking – Customer Service Advisor – Social Media

As an Inbound Social Media Advisor, you’ll be working on behalf of the global clothing brand, talking to customers and maximizing opportunities to showcase their products and services. Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.

The Role

You will be responding to customers via email and social media by helping them with any problems or questions they may have. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready to maximize opportunities to showcase products. In order to give our customers, the best experience we need to be on hand to answer their questions and queries.

With this in mind, a degree of flexibility is required. Our office is open 9am – 12 Midnight Mon-Sun – you will work 40 hrs. per week and get your Rota 4 weeks in advance! Perfect if you like to plan!

A 20% uplift in hourly rate will also be applied if you are working after 10pm.

Essential Experience

· 6 months in Customer Sales or Customer Service

· Fluency in written & spoken English/German

What you need?

· This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, but not essential.

· Exceptionally customer focused

· Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system

· Committed to resolving customer queries

· Good telephone manner

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
