German Location Manager (m/f/d)

Oscar is a two-sided car rental platform with independent locations on one side and end-consumers on the other. Our goal is to make car rental affordable and accessible for everyone everywhere. 

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional service, creative marketing and a user-friendly website for both locations and customers – the journey has so far led us to the award of “Best new e-commerce” by the Danish chamber of commerce 2021 and 2022. 

The car rental industry has long been dominated by few large and expensive rental companies. At Oscar, we believe that needs to change! Oscar is a fast-growing, innovative, car rental platform, and we always strive to have an Oscar location near you, no matter where you are in the country. 

After having proven a successful business concept in Denmark we have now started our expansion to new markets and opened both Spain and Netherlands in the beginning of 2022. But our ambitions for new markets are even higher and are therefore looking into hiring more key roles for the business. 

To expand the German market we are looking for a German Location Manager (m/f/d) to support the team. You will initially work from home, and otherwise be on the road to find new locations for us. Are you interested in working with a great team in a fast growing company?

Your responsibilities 

• In your role as Location Manager you regularly visit the locations where Oscar Autovermietung is active and you build strong ties with our departments. 
• You are the point of contact for Oscar partners with whom you actively communicate. 
• You work together with the team based in Munich, Ochten and Denmark. 
• You stimulate continuous improvement and proactively provide support to our rental locations.
• You are responsible for locating and onboarding new partners for Oscar

Your profile

• Native level German 
• High level English 
• You always go the extra mile for Oscar’s partners and are only satisfied when they are. 
• You can put yourself in the position of the other person and work service-oriented. 
• You are motivated to get started and the idea that you are contributing to the further growth of our organization gives you energy. 
• You are willing to learn new things and gain knowledge. 
• You have problem-solving skills and are result-oriented. 
• Experience with the mobility industry.
