A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen at the Kings Head Chingford, for a strong General Manger to lead this great business and team into the future.
The Kings Head is one of our great Classic Pubs situated in Chingford. The site has a strong and stable team and has been performing very well for several years, this pub is all about the community, with busy Sunday lunches, quizzes, live music, strong buffet and occasion event trade.
The Kings Head was invested in late 2018 and is in great condition with the added benefit of a great garden with a covered seating area.
The successful candidate will be sales focused and innovating new ways to drive sales and profit, along with embracing the local community. Must have a strong food background and be able to deliver outstanding standards. You should have previous General Manager experience managing a similar style business and be able to deliver £7k food sales every week.
As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills andthe ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve allaspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service andbrand integrity.
We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License.
