• Leading the site managers within their respective sites, promoting and ensuring safe, efficient and profitable sites for the organization and the customer

• Forming and maintaining exceptional working relationships with the Customer

• Focusing on continuous improvement initiatives to increase cost savings and ensure our continued growth agenda is fulfilled

• Previous experience in managing large scale warehouse and transport operations as a General Manager

• Knowledge of high intensity cross docking and nominated carrier scheme operations

• Strong commercial acumen

• Data and trend analysis experience

• A focus on safety and engagement culture

• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

• An understanding of IT principles and WMS

• Experience leading teams to implement IT change would be desirable
