Creative Associates International is accepting expressions of interest from experts in the education sector for an anticipated USAID-funded basic education program in Kyrgyzstan. This project will improve the learning outcomes of primary school students by strengthening the capacity of the education sector to provide quality instruction, materials and support that children need while they are in school, at home, or in the community.

Responsibilities

We are requesting CVs from experts in the following areas:

  • Early Childhood Education
  • * Early Grades literacy and numeracy
  • * Social-Emotional Learning
  • * STEAM
  • * Curriculum and Materials development
  • * Pre-service and/or In-service Education
  • * School leadership
  • * Inclusive Education
  • * Classroom-based Formative and Summative Assessment
  • * Education Data Systems
  • * Education Policy
  • * Community and Parental Engagement
  • Qualifications

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • * 8+ years of demonstrated professional experience implementing educational activities in the areas of expertise identified (including classroom or school-based experience).
  • * Prior experience supporting donor funded programs and/or complex national programs with multiple aims and coordinated workstreams. USAID experience is preferred.
  • * Experience working in a multi-cultural team preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Kyrgyz and English. Fluency in Russian is preferred.
