RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO:

HIAS está buscando un consultor para transmitir diferentes eventos y apoyar con la comunicación antes, durante y después de que estos se lleven a cabo. Además, busca un consultor especializado que grabe y edite 2 videos en (Colombia, Ecuador y Perú).

OBJETIVO:

Transmitir un evento, diseñando invitaciones y piezas para redes sociales antes, durante y después de la realización del evento. El evento debe ser transmitido en la plataforma Zoom y debe incluir la opción de traducción y estar vinculado con las cuentas de redes sociales de HIAS Colombia, Ecuador y Perú. Grabar y editar dos (2) videos sobre Inclusión Económica e intervención en prevención y respuesta a la violencia basada en género (VBG), enfocados principalmente en comunidades LGBTIQ+ en los 3 países mencionados anteriormente; los videos deberán tener una duración máxima de 2 minutos e incluirán múltiples entrevistas a beneficiarios y personal.

PRODUCTOS:

  • Línea de tiempo para streaming y 2 vídeos
    • Calendario aprobado por HIAS
  • Día Mundial de la Asistencia Humanitaria 17 de agosto
    • Streaming de hora y media (pre-diseño de cómo sería cómo se vería, con la marca HIAS e información sobre los panelistas). Grabar streaming.
    • Diseño de reservar la fecha (Save the date) (con fotos e información de los panelistas).
    • Diseño invitaciones (con fotos e información de los panelistas).
    • Diseño de piezas para redes sociales para promocionar el evento (1 reel, 2 publicaciones en redes sociales con imágenes/información).
    • Diseño de piezas para redes sociales para utilizar durante el evento (1 reel, 2 publicaciones en redes sociales con imágenes/información).
    • Diseño de piezas para redes sociales para después del evento (4 reels (del streaming), 2 publicaciones en redes sociales con imágenes/información).
  • 2 Videos de Inclusión Económica y prevención y respuesta a la VBG enfocados a comunidades LGBTIQ+
    • Entrega de guión preliminar y propuesta de montaje (a validar por HIAS).
    • Rodaje en tres países (múltiples ciudades) de entrevistas y tomas de apoyo. Esto será en 2 ciudades por país – total de 6 ciudades y una media de 4-5 días por país. La grabación tendrá lugar en julio – agosto.
    • Edición de los dos vídeos, incluyendo producción y post-producción con música – no tiene que ser original.
    • Subtitulación de los vídeos al inglés.
    • Entrega de los vídeos en alta resolución y para las redes sociales. (HD, MP4, mov y para redes sociales como Facebook, LinkedIn e Instagram). Estos vídeos deben incluir todas las grabaciones, no sólo los vídeos finales.
    • 60 fotos de alta resolución (20 por país).
    • *Los vídeos pueden incluir animaciones.

CUALIFICACIONES, REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Experiencia en transmisión de eventos y en diseño de piezas de comunicación.
  • Experiencia en producción de videos testimoniales, preferiblemente con un enfoque humanitario y de género.
  • Experiencia en fotografía de tipo documental, preferiblemente con enfoque humanitario y de género.
  • Deseable experiencia probada con ONGs o proyectos sociales.
  • Deseable experiencia previa con HIAS.
  • Experiencia previa en el diseño de redes sociales y diferentes piezas de comunicación, tanto digitales como para impresión.
  • Experiencia en transmisión de diferentes eventos a través de streaming y seguimiento de los mismos con posts en redes sociales.
  • Experiencia en comunicación digital y creación de contenidos audiovisuales.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata (consultar fecha estimada de inicio).
  • Idiomas: Perfecto dominio del español y dominio práctico del inglés.

POSITION SUMMARY:

HIAS is looking for a consultant to stream different events and support with communication before, during and after those take place. Also, looking for a specialized consultant that records and edits 2 videos (Colombia, Ecuador and Perú).

OBJECTIVE:

Stream an event, designing invitations and pieces for social media before, during and after the event takes place. The event must be streamed on Zoom platform and must include the option of translation and linked with the social media accounts of HIAS Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Record and edit two (2) videos on Economic Inclusion and GBV prevention and response intervention, mainly focused on LGBTIQ+ communities in the 3 countries previously mentioned; the videos should be 2 minutes long maximum and will include multiple interviews from beneficiaries and staff.

EXPECTED PRODUCTS:

  • Timeline for streaming and 2 videos
  • World Humanitarian Day on 17 of August
    • Hour and a half streaming (pre-design on how it would look like, with HIAS branding and panelists information). Record Streaming.
    • Save the date design (with photos and information from the panelists).
    • Invitations design (with photos and information from the panelists).
    • Design of Social media pieces to promote the event (1 reel, 2 social media posts with images/information).
    • Design of Social media pieces during the event (1 reel – from the panelists, 2 social media posts with images/information).
    • Design of Social media pieces after the event 4 reels (from the streaming), 2 social media posts with images/information).
  • Videos Economic Inclusion & GBV response and preventive intervention focused on LGBTIQ+ communities
    • Delivery of preliminary script and editing proposal (to be validated by HIAS).
    • Filming in three countries (multiple cities) of interviews and support shots. This will be in 2 cities per country – total of 6 cities and an average of 4-5 days per country. Recording will take place in July – August.
    • Editing of the two videos, including production and post-production with music – does not have to be original.
    • Subtitling of the videos into English.
    • Delivery of videos in high resolution and for social media. (HD, MP4, mov and for social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram). These videos must include all the recordings, not just the final videos.
    • 60 high resolution photos (20 per country).
    • *Videos can include animations.
    • Must comply with HIAS brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced company in broadcasting events and designing skills for communications pieces.
  • Experience in testimonial video production, preferably with a humanitarian and gender focus.
  • Experience in documentary type photography, preferably with a humanitarian and gender focus.
  • Desirable proven experience with NGOs or social projects.
  • Previous experience with HIAS desirable.
  • Previous experience in the design of social media and different communications pieces, both digital and for printing.
  • Experience in broadcasting different events through streaming and following those events with social media posts.
  • Experience in digital communication and creation of audiovisual content.
  • Immediate availability (refer to estimated start date).
  • Language: Perfect command of Spanish and working command of the English language.
