• Supervise status of facilities and equipment (printer, air purifier etc.)
• Manage facility local services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering and parking, but not limited to these..
• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, expense settlement, placing orders, and answering calls
• Maintains accurate records and enters data
• Order consumables, distribute consumables as needed, and maintain inventory.
• Supporting for tasks regarding General affairs of C3
• Supporting for Machine spares and repair parts stock management for C4
• Education level: Above bachelor degree in the relevant field
• Experience: More than 3 year working experiences in the field of General Affair and admin job
• Language Skills: English (Intermediate level)
• Other Soft Skills and Knowledge: Completed the MS office, Materials control basic course, Finance basic course, business mail writting, communication skill, common thinking
• Basic welfare support, and working hours set by laws and regulations will be observed.
