We are looking for a Fundraising Supporter Officer to join our London based team on a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent basis. You will be working three days onsite and two days remote.
We are a vibrant and energetic team and we need someone to join us to support the Fundraising Operations team. What will a day as a Fundraising Supporter Officer look like?
- Income processing, including dealing with donations, supporter queries and complaints as well as supporting internal teams with processing fundraising income, providing updates and delivering excellent supporter care to all our supporters.
- You will be assisting on the Supporter Care helpline
- Supporting our colleagues who work with us who have a Learning Disability
Do you have the skills we are looking for?
- Excellent administration skills
- Customer care experience
- Great communication, written, on the phone and in person
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes in a fast pace environment
- Ability to travel to our London office 3 days per week.
