Fundraising & Development Coordinator

International Network For Aid Relief and Assistance

BACKGROUND

INARA works in Turkey and Lebanon with children (0-18 years of age) from conflict areas who have suffered from physical and mental harm. INARA’s work consists of filling the gap in access to medical and mental health services when not provided by other institutions or non-profits.

Through its medical program, INARA fully covers and finances beneficiaries’ medical treatment, giving them free of charge healthcare until they are fully healed. Simultaneously, INARA provides case management services and pairs each beneficiary with a case manager who oversees their treatment and provides a support system for the child and family. INARA also runs a mental health program to provide in-house mental health services to help children cope and process their trauma. Additionally, INARA responds to crises and emergencies through a flexible Rapid Response Program (RRP), which enables INARA to redirect a portion of funding and resources to respond as needed. Currently, INARA has deployed this program to respond to and support the situation in Ukraine.

INARA is looking for a full-time Fundraising & Development Coordinator to lead its fundraising functions. This position is home-based and is offered as a long-term consultancy. The selected candidate can be based in any country and will need to be available during working hours of the Middle East time zone. The Fundraising & Development Coordinator will be working closely with INARA’s field offices in Beirut, Lebanon and Gaziantep, Turkey.

The recruitment committee will review applications and conduct interviews on a rolling basis, so interested candidates are highly encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
