Funding Innovation is looking for an individual to join our team as a Fundraising Consultant. In this role you will manage and grow our well-established Art Easel fundraising program in the Moncton/St. John/Frederiction areas. To be a successful candidate, you will own a van or SUV, are a self-starter, persuasive, ambitious, well organized and are capable of managing your priorities and time efficiently.

As a Fundraising Consultant, you will be responsible for providing the following services:

  • Locating and securing high traffic retail easel locations.
  • Installing and maintaining corporate retail easel locations that are secured by Funding Innovation Head Office and our Charity Partners;
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with all of the retail easel hosting locations.
  • Replacing the prints on the easel locations within your territory every two (2) weeks.
  • Collecting the bids from each easel location during product turns and submitting the bids to the Funding Innovation call center for processing.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels within the Moncton warehouse space.

As an Independent Contractor, you will have the ability to work independently while effectively managing your hours of work and easel turn schedule. You will be your own boss!

As compensation, you will invoice Funding Innovation a set fee for each print sold within your territory on a monthly basis. You will also have the ability, if you so choose, to deliver the prints purchased by successful bidders for an additional fee. The existing easel base will require approximately 10-15 days of work per month for product turns and print deliveries. Depending on the success of the territory, this position can earn up to $30,000 in commissions and delivery fees.

By working with the Funding Innovation charity partners in New Brunswick, you have the ability to increase the number of easel hosting establishments and income.

You are responsible for all expenses/costs related to your business, including a vehicle expense, computer, cell phone, office equipment and other related supplies. (Note: All program and product related supplies are provided by Funding Innovation) A valid driver license and car insurance is required at all times. You are also responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes related to the service fees you charge and are compensated for by Funding Innovation.
