Purpose for the job
The Fundraising Assistant (Retention), at the GS5 level in the Peru PFP area, will support increasing the revenues from new and existing individual pledge donors through implementing the Donor Journey looking for optimization and donor value maximization.
Under the close supervision of the NOA Fundraising Officer (Retention), the incumbent will coordinate the implementation and continuous update of the Donor Journey and will oversee the communication with the donors through the line and the circle. The post is responsible for developing and effectively implementing the donor care strategies, monitoring contacts with the donors to ensure compliance with KPIs, retention, average donation, effectiveness, payment rate, attrition rate, and contact rate (telemarketing, direct mail, and e-mail). Furthermore, this position will also be responsible for supporting the development of the value maximization strategy, ensuring the compliance of the additional income expected from the upgrade, extra-cash, and reactivation campaigns.
Key functions, accountabilities and related duties/tasks
1. Contribute to ensuring the compliance of the short line and circle activities, working closely with the database assistant, digital assistant, telemarketing assistant, marketing services officer, and suppliers.
2. Supports the monitoring and evaluation of inbound communications with donors. Supporting in preparing evaluation reports and analyzing the results achieved, developing a proposal for an action plan to improve the KPIs results.
3. Support in providing training, guidance, and supervision of the donor care team and maximization agencies: supervisor, fundraising, donor servicing, and administrative support.
4. Assists in campaign designing, implementing tests and pilots, monitoring processes and updating the communications with donors with basis on test’s results.
5. Contribute to ensuring the excellent use of the brand, the truthfulness and the quality of the management carried out by each of the agencies.
6. Assist in developing a monitoring plan for each activity as inbound calls, e-mails, outbound campaigns, and communications delivery through different channels: WhatsApp, social media, SMS, and e-mail.
7. Support in the development of the value maximization campaigns: scripts generation, trainings, quality monitoring together with the call center supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
1. Education
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical and/or university levels in marketing, communication, industrial engineering, or any other discipline relevant to the job.
2. Work Experience
Five years of working experience in customer service/sales, as a supervisor or monitoring customer service teams and supplier management, or any relevant function.
Experience in NGOs is an asset.
3. Languages
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
