Fund raising and business development Senior Staff

We are seeking a fundraising consultant to join our think tank team.

Main tasks:

Identifying potential funders/donors and partners
Establish connections
Liaise with main international NGOS and international Donors
Assist in leading the repones to call for proposals

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities to assume.

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, donors, and granters
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors
• Create and maintain donor database
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and activities
• Assist in conducting research and writing proposals
• Account for and track donations
• Gather information for grant proposals
• Prepare budgets and financial proposals
• Maintain donor records and files

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications expected of a fundraising consultant:

• More than 10 years of Fundraising experience in an international organization
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and a self-starter with an outgoing personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Required degrees: anyone of the below

• Master/ Bachelor’s in Business.
• Master/ Bachelor’s in Communications.
• Master/ Bachelor’s in Public Relations.
• Master/ Bachelor’s in Philanthropic Studies.
• Master’s in Philanthropy and Nonprofit organization Management
