The Role:

The primary focus of the role is to support the Investor Relations team, Institutional Coverage team, and Private Wealth Management team of the fund placement process.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and request all documents in relation to the kick-off and product training sessions with the Fund Manager Partner.
2. Create marketing and due diligence materials including teasers, peer analysis, presentations, bespoke investor development materials, etc.
3. Ensure appropriate disclaimers are included in marketing materials and are approved by the Fund Manager Partner and Legal & Compliance.
4. Maintain quality check on client reporting documents such as the placement summary reports and roadshow and ensure timely distribution.
5. Review and update internal trackers with Regional Managers on a weekly basis and support with cleaning data on Salesforce.
6. Prepare and update all documentation required by Investor Relations Executive and Management for reporting.
7. Ensure approved documents are correctly labeled and saved in the relevant folders.
8. Participate in the regional investor expansion program.

• One to three years of experience with a background in investments and finance.
• Strong academic achievement and positive work attitude.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
• Confident, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system.
