Should have experience in Banking domain – corporate banking, mobile banking and online bankingExperience in Chatbot testing (Translating/Localizing Communications, functions and features, and provide localization quality assurance to our websites and app UI (IOS & Android))Design and perform functional testing, participate in design & development for test automation, assist business users, perform defect management and root cause analysis.Should be familiar with any test case /Defect management tool (Confluence / JIRA )Native Arabic speaking and writing skills are mandatory.Up-to-date awareness of current and common technical language usage in the target language.Be a subject matter expert for linguistic issues in the target language; can research and resolve linguistic questions.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English required.
