As a Lifestyles Associate, you will assist with programs and events that ensure the holistic wellbeing of our residents (physical, spiritual, emotional, and social). Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.

• Work within the department by leading our groups and activities (physical, spiritual, emotional, and social).
• Knowledge of dementia, the changes associated with dementia illnesses, how they affect the residents’ ability to function, and the adaptive strategies that help maintain residents’ abilities.
• Serve as an ambassador in the community, helping establish a network of vendors, partners, and volunteers.
