As a Customer Support Representative, you will be communicating with customers daily and must be passionate about helping others. Understanding and supporting the needs of customers is a main priority for Four Sigmatic, and each interaction must be handled with enthusiasm and care. Their ideal candidate is immersed in health and wellness, and is already familiar with their products.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on Four Sigmatic’s product offerings, ingredients, and benefits
  • Represent the Four Sigmatic brand voice and spirit to both customers and employees
  • Find innovative ways to engage and delight customers while converting sales
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Respond to a high volume of emails from Four Sigmatic customers in a timely manner
  • Return phone calls and texts from Four Sigmatic customers
  • Oversee relationship with international operations, and build out customer support specific procedures and processes
  • Be up-to-date on membership offerings and subscription management techniques, helping with membership-related tickets when needed
  • Suggest ways to improve email response functionality and enhance the user’s experience based on continued interactions with visitors
  • Continuously look for and propose ways to increase efficiencies, including recommending macros for use and when to utilize them
  • Regularly track, monitor, and effectively communicate your individual metrics
  • Escalate customer complaints as necessary

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Effective communicator, detail-oriented and able to adapt with changing business needs
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong written interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Empathy and a passion for creating a premium customer experience
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Shopify experience a plus
  • Zendesk experience a plus
  • CPG experience a plus
