The ideal candidate will help us to continue to grow through providing a team approach, multitasking, and having a strong customer service foundation. Candidates must possess the skills to interact on a professional level with clients and their animals. We are looking for mature and highly motivated individuals to fill the position. Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and independence in carrying out multiple tasks, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving are highly desired. Some experience working in a veterinary hospital is also desired.
The Customer Service Representative duties include, but not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines
Greeting and welcoming clients
Accurately enter client information
Process transactions and take payments
Communicate with clients about their pet’s estimates and upcoming procedures
Proactively respond to questions, concerns, and requests for information and independently resolve them
Schedule appointments
Work with AVImark Software and AllyDVM program
Faxing and scanning documents
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
