English fluent
4-5 years of experience as a BA, needs to be very close to the dev team, NOT a BA that does ERP rollouts/deployments (ex : a reporting/finance BA)
Communicative, proactive, autonomous, able to handle difficult stakeholders
Ideally someone who already worked in a Microsoft environment (full MS company : .NET, Power BI, Azure etc.)
