About Role:
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items Organize both team and large scale events.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for all space planning activities within the organization.
B- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
C- All other duties as assigned including special projects.
D- Co-ordination duties for Sales Training programs & yearly sales kick-off events.
Job Requirements:
A- Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
B- Good computer skills, Outlook (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), Word (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced) and internet research.
C- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills and attention to detail.
