Every unit in both hotels are designed with a distinctive style, providing all features needed for a relaxed stay.Your day to dayWe currently are in search of a highly passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team at the Holiday Inn Dubai Al-Maktoum Airport. We are looking for someone that has experience leading and developing a large team and can embrace IHG’s ways of working to help drive the hotel’s food & beverage vision.By assisting to create a positive and productive work environment, you’ll establish and maintain effective employee relations, ensure superior guest dining experience. This role requires a strong ability to strategically plan and operationally execute the food and beverage offering of both hotels.The Food & Beverage Manager is expected to be an experienced food and beverage leader with a hands-on style, who understands and can deliver on the expectations from a guest perspective and demonstrated financial results within similar size hotel operation.What we need from youThe ideal candidate must be motivated, focused leader with a proven track record in leadership with at least 2 years Hotel Leadership experience and should have a solid F&B background. Someone with a high ability to influence, sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and understands the competitive market.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience with at least 5 years progressive work-related experience in the hotel industry is essential. A passion for delivering superior results.
