WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Reporting to the controlling director responsible for Maison consolidation, you will be in charge of Maison worldwide HR & FTEs consolidation and follow-up. You’ll act as the main point of financial contact concerning all WW personnel costs related matters. You will collaborate with HQ teams to put in place adequate workflows/exchanges to deliver appropriate figures & analysis in a defined planning.
In This Function, You Will
- Analyze monthly reporting data vs expectations and define monthly/quarterly controlling KPI’s to ensure a close monitoring of the evolution.
- Revise monthly rolling forecast on staff costs & FTEs by providing a critical assessment on headcount phasing & people costs projections.
- Ensure the WW consolidation of FTEs & Personnel costs during Quarterly Rolling Forecast, Budget; You’ll challenge market estimates to guarantee forecast’s realism. You’ll deliver main drivers’ analysis and propose guidelines for planning exercises.
- Act as the main responsible for KPI’s/bonus simulation.
- Consolidate 3Y plan proposal and build Medium Term Scenario Planning.
- Responsible for filling in data in Richemont financial systems and communicating to HR counterpart all FTE related Group Financial guidelines. Also, you’ll participate in the Maison dashboard, workflows and tools’ evolution.
