Founders Associate Internship (f/m/d)

• Hands On: You will work directly with the founder team, take on responsibility from your first day on and shape the future growth and strategy of EMIL with your own ideas and projects
• No Secrets: As part of your internship, you will get unvarnished insights into all aspects of creating a high-growth business (e.g., fundraising, strategy, etc.), ideally preparing you for your own founding
• Expect the Unexpected: There is no such thing as a “typical day“, there is a variety of tasks which can include topics like expansion projects (strategic cooperations, marketing, etc.), sales (lead generation, strategic lead outreach, participation in tenders), analysis of markets, competitors and products as well as identifying and executing process optimizations

Who We Are Looking For

• You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of studies at a top university in your Bachelor or Master’s – or you are currently in your gap year
• You have gathered first work experience in a challenging environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development (Start-up)
• You are a structured, independent working and reliable team player
• You inherit analytical capabilities, decisiveness, and an absolute hands-on attitude
• You have strong communication skills, an open personality as well as entrepreneurial drive, enabling you to drive and lead your own projects
• High proficiency in all MS Office programs as well as fluency in German and in English is a must
