About the opportunity
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern who will get to work directly with our two co-founders. Expect to take a hands-on approach in solving a variety of challenges facing the typical high-growth start-up right from day one – you will get to work on exciting problems such as improving our sales pitch, preparing investor reports, and conceptualizing new product features. Join us and play a principal role in substantially improving the lives of millions all over the globe!
What you can expect
- Get a holistic fintech experience. Enjoy invaluable exposure to the different aspects of developing a Series A fintech.
- Conduct detailed analyses. Engage in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of suitable geographic markets and industry verticals.
- Expand the product offering. We want you to explore and assess the potential of new product features.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional setting. Operate as a bridge between the founding team and the different business functions of the company.
- Provide operational support. Take a hands-on approach and help out the Founder’s Office team by tackling a number of operational blockers.
- Receive regular feedback. Enjoy regular discussions with your team about ways to improve.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA degree from a top university in management, finance, or a related subject.
- Previous work experience in a high-growth, venture-based startup, venture capital, or management consulting.
- Proactive and ambitious character coupled with stellar analytical and communication skills.
- Generalist profile with a deep interest in a wide variety of areas such as business development, partnerships, project management, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in English and at least B2 level proficiency in German.
