You will lead a team which ensures that the employee related claims are processed on-time, and responsible for end-to-end process related to managing claim documents, maintain regulatory compliance with provision of benefits, accommodation, LOA, and Safety. These documents are shared with internal partners and referenced frequently.

You should be able to think differently & innovate the processes and go beyond expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily driving innovation on behalf of customers (partners).

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading and developing a team of circa 15 to 20 Analysts, including employee training and development; managing group workload and establishing priorities; ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed.
  • This position will also act as a point of contact in resolving all issues with internal and external business partners.
  • Solving complex issues and proactively heading off negative service trends. Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
  • Constantly work with business teams, share metrics and create plan of action for aged items in Global Risk Management & Claims. Build processes to highlight issues proactively such as aged documents/Missing claims.
  • Work closely with different stake holders/teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters (MBA/M.Com) degree with 6 or more years of post-qualification experience in shared Services.
  • Prior experience of at least 3 years in similar BPO outfit or more than 4 years of experience in a corporate Environment
  • Strong Customer focus (both Internal / External).
  • A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills.
  • Expertise in Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (DMAIC, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
