Bookkeeper

Part Time- 3-4 days/week

Location: Onsite – Covent Garden (London)

Salary Range: £30,000 + Pension contribution + holidays pro rated 4 days a week.

The first professional association for accountants was established in Scotland in 1854. Utilising their committed team of specialist technical and creative staff they can provide exceptional support in using ground-breaking technology and extend their commitment and accountability for the digital delivery of any project.

What’s the role? As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. You will also assist with budgeting and forecasting, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable.

What do I need to be able to do? Be highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team Manage accounts payable and receivable Have previous experience as a bookkeeper Have a strong understanding of accounting principles. PayrollAnd who do I need to be? A Bookkeeper with 5+ years experience of book keeping. Have good Accounting Software experience (Xero preferred). A focused and flexible person with the maturity and discretion working in an open plan environment. Having a background in the entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.What’s next?
